CVTail is a SaaS product that helps users create, edit, store, and improve resumes and related job application materials.

You must use the service lawfully and only for legitimate professional or personal career-related purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, edit, export, or share through CVTail, including resume text, job descriptions, and personal information.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

CVTail uses AI to suggest content, edits, and structure. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable for your situation.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final materials before using them.

• Do not use CVTail for fraud, impersonation, spam, or unlawful activity.
• Do not upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service beyond normal use.
• Do not use CVTail to generate knowingly false or misleading application materials.

Paid features may be billed through our payment partners. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but does not automatically create a refund for past charges.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if payment fails, or if required to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
